What personal data do we collect

In order to protect your privacy, we understand that any and all Personal Data Processing must be limited to the minimum necessary, relevant, and proportionate to achieve the intended purpose. Therefore, the Personal Data that we collect about you will only be those compatible with your relationship with us, that is, what is exclusively necessary for your registration at the event and online payment for the product/service purchased.

When registering, you will need to create a password that together with your CPF or e-mail will be the credentials to access your participant area later and have access to all services offered at the event.

The login and password created are personal, non-transferable and for your knowledge and exclusive use. YOU shall ensure and protect under all circumstances the confidentiality and security of your login login and password. Thus, YOUshall not reveal your access credentials to third parties, nor insert them in computer systems that allow their decoding and copying, ensuring that the equipment used to access our website is properly protected against malicious software and access improper use by third parties. If you fail to comply with the obligations presented herein, you will be performing an act of exclusive responsibility, and any damages arising from such act will be borne byYOU exclusively.

What are your rights as a data owner?

YOU, as the owner of your data, you have the following rights under Law 13.709/18 (LGPD):

Right of Access YOU may request information about personal data processed by ABEn. But for this YOUmust confirm some personal data upon request.
Right of Opposition YOU may request the interruption of the processing of your personal data at any time. ABEn will comply with your request as long as there is no legal or regulatory obligation that imposes the conservation of your data. ABEn will fulfill your request since that there is no legal obligation to keep your personal data in full; and, all the purposes for which they were treated, as well as the period of treatment, have been fully observed.
Sharing of Personal Data YOUmay request information about third parties with whom ABEn shares your personal data, noting that this Policy presents the data sharing limits that ABEn conducts in relation to your personal data.
Right to Information YOU can request information, whenever you want, about the possibilities of deleting the data, as well as about when and under what circumstances your data is processed based on your consent and how to deny it
Right of Withdrawal of Consent When your personal data are processed by ABEn solely and exclusively on the basis of your express consent. YOU have the right to revoke it at any time. Are sensitive personal data handled by ABEn?

The General Data Protection Law (13.709/18) considers sensitive personal data data on racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership in a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health and sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

For participation in the Events, ABEndoes not request or process any sensitive personal data, as considered by LGPD.

Does ABEn share your data with third parties?

The data YOU provide is processed by third-party Event Organizers to comply with it.

All companies involved in the process of holding our events, including EVENTOGYN, the software company responsible for the registration sites and software, do not have permission to process your data for purposes other than those provided for herein, that is, for the regular performance of the obligations contracted and linked to the holding of the congress.

ABEn does not share, sell or transfer your personal data to other people, not involved in the execution and realization of the congress, whether they are individuals or legal entities, of public or private law, as well as DOES NOT AUTHORIZE companies contracted by it to act in this way.

Regarding content submission, does ABEn forward promotional emails?

No. A ABEn may use a tool to send mass e-mails to the participants of the Events for the communications as needed about the event for which YOU are registered to participate, as this is the organization’s way of communicating with VOCÊ to provide you with information of interest to you, such as any updates, cancellations, schedule changes, speakers, schedules, among others.

How long do your personal data stay with ABEn?

Your personal data are stored by ABEn on the EventGYN platform during the period necessary to carry out the congress in which YOU will participate, and after the congress, so that you can issue digital certificates of participation in the event, as well as certificate authentication. Deleting the data would make all event certificates invalid, if consulted at a notary or institution that YOU present for authentication purposes, for example.

In this way, ABEn and EventosGYN keep their data secure for an indefinite period, except for events with defined certificate issuance and authentication times without harming the participants.

How does ABEn protect your personal data?
