All companies involved in the process of holding our events, including EVENTOGYN, the software company responsible for the registration sites and software, do not have permission to process your data for purposes other than those provided for herein, that is, for the regular performance of the obligations contracted and linked to the holding of the congress.

No. A ABEn may use a tool to send mass e-mails to the participants of the Events for the communications as needed about the event for which YOU are registered to participate, as this is the organization’s way of communicating with VOCÊ to provide you with information of interest to you, such as any updates, cancellations, schedule changes, speakers, schedules, among others.
Your personal data are stored by ABEn on the EventGYN platform during the period necessary to carry out the congress in which YOU will participate, and after the congress, so that you can issue digital certificates of participation in the event, as well as certificate authentication. Deleting the data would make all event certificates invalid, if consulted at a notary or institution that YOU present for authentication purposes, for example.
In this way, ABEn and EventosGYN keep their data secure for an indefinite period, except for events with defined certificate issuance and authentication times without harming the participants.
